This academic project aimed to produce a safe, durable and aesthetic product, which is a 420-Watts off-grid solar system, for a mobile geodesic dome shop.
In Venezuela there are many bazars, festival of arts and gatherings for free lancers artist and artisans that are traveling throughout the country in different towns and places offering creative and all types of products, where in situations energy can be unreachable.
Therefore Geodesic Dome was designed to join this movement of independent artist and or artisans, in which the energy chosen was Solar, to supply for the necessary equipment inside and outside the Mobile Shop during the working time and few of fun which becomes part of the work in this business to create a nice ambient and joyful.
The Project has been was designed to fit the needs of the specific area and the components were chosen from local market available making it more suitable for any operation and maintenance later requested.
